Medication Management
We take a conservative approach to medication management and prescribing when deemed necessary. We assess, weigh the risks and benefits of medications, and thoroughly discuss the pros and cons of considering a medication regime. If medications are prescribed, we provide detailed medication consultation and tailor the medications to each of our patient’s individual needs.
Supportive Psychotherapy
We pride ourselves on listening to our patients and getting to know them as a whole person, not just as a patient. We offer Brief Supportive Therapy using evidenced based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In addition to medication management, Supportive Therapy has been proven to be a great compliment.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Coaching is the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions and strategies actively and safely engaging our patients in behavior change to improve their future. The goal of coaching, whether it focuses on general health and wellness, life transitions, increasing accountability, or building and strengthening relationships.
